Acceptable Use Policy.

Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes prohibited uses of Suspiro. By using the service, you agree to comply.

Strictly Prohibited Uses

The following result in IMMEDIATE account termination:

Public Figures

You may NOT create clones of public figures, including:

• Celebrities (actors, musicians, athletes, models)
• Politicians and public officials
• Influencers and content creators with significant public following
• Authors, artists, and other public personalities
• Historical figures
• Fictional characters owned by third parties

This applies whether the person is alive or deceased. No exceptions, including for “tribute” or “educational” purposes.

Impersonation and Fraud

• Impersonate someone you cannot legally clone
• Create clones to defraud, deceive, or manipulate
• Use clones for identity theft
• Use clones for romance or financial scams

Harassment and Abuse

• Harass, threaten, or intimidate any person
• Create clones of ex-partners, estranged family, or others without proper authorization
• Generate harmful, defamatory, or sexually explicit content involving real people

Illegal Activity

• Stalking
• Distribution of harmful content (CSAM, terrorism)
• Money laundering
• Tax evasion
• Any activity prohibited by applicable laws

Commercial Misuse

Without explicit written permission:

• Resell access to clones
• Use clones for commercial advertising
• Train competing AI services using our outputs
• Generate content for commercial use

Reporting Violations

Report to: hello@suspiro.ai

Include:

• Description of violation
• Account name or clone identifier (if known)
• Your relationship to the matter
• Supporting evidence

We investigate within 48 hours.

Takedown Process

If you are subject to an unauthorized clone:

• Contact hello@suspiro.ai immediately
• We verify your identity
• Suspend the clone within 24 hours
• Investigate and permanently remove if confirmed

Consequences

Depending on severity:

• Warning and corrective action
• Account suspension
• Permanent termination
• Legal action and reporting to authorities
• Cooperation with law enforcement

Changes to This Policy

We may update at any time. Continued use after changes is acceptance.
