Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Suspiro, operated by Bookit Labz LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old.

Service Description

Suspiro creates personal AI clones from materials you provide. Two types of clones are supported:

• Self-clones: AI representations of yourself
• Loved-one clones: AI representations of another person

Account Registration

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining confidentiality of credentials
• All activity under your account
• Providing accurate information

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Suspiro to:

• Create clones of public figures (celebrities, politicians, athletes, influencers) without explicit contractual permission. Strictly prohibited.
• Create clones of any person without proper authorization
• Impersonate someone else
• Commit fraud, harassment, defamation, or illegal activity
• Generate content violating third-party rights
• Reverse engineer or extract our AI models
• Use for commercial purposes without written permission
• Share account credentials
• Circumvent usage limits or security measures

Violations result in immediate termination.

Self-Clones

You may create a clone of yourself. You retain ownership of materials provided.

You control:

• Public/private visibility
• Friend requests (accept/deny granular access)
• Deletion at any time

Public self-clones are only accessible to authenticated Suspiro users. Anonymous visitors cannot interact.

Loved-One Clones

When creating a clone of another person, you represent and warrant:

1. Legitimate Access

You have legitimate access to all source materials.

2. Authorization

• LIVING persons: explicit consent obtained
• DECEASED persons: you are immediate family or legal representative, no other family members object

3. Personal Use Only

This clone is exclusively for your personal use. You will NOT share, publish, or grant access to others. Suspiro does not provide mechanisms to do so.

4. Not a Public Figure

This person is NOT a public figure. Creating clones of public figures is strictly prohibited regardless of relationship or intent.

5. Legal Responsibility

You assume all legal responsibility.

We capture digital attestations at clone creation: timestamp, IP address, and user agent.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of materials provided. Suspiro retains ownership of platform, models, and software.

Limited license granted to Suspiro to process materials solely for service operation.

Subscription and Billing

• Recurring billing authorized on subscription
• Refunds at our discretion within 14 days
• Pricing changes with 30 days’ notice
• Cancellation through account settings

Termination

• You may delete your account anytime
• We may terminate access for Terms violations
• All data permanently deleted within 30 days of termination
• Refunds only if termination is our fault

Disclaimers

Provided “AS IS”. We do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability
• AI clone accuracy
• Prevention of all misuse

AI-generated content is artificial. Clones may produce responses different from what the original person would say. Treat outputs as AI-generated, not as actual statements.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Suspiro and Bookit Labz LLC from claims arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your creation or use of any clone
• Your violation of these Terms
• Third-party claims regarding your clones (especially loved-one)

Including attorneys’ fees and court costs.

Limitation of Liability

Total liability limited to amount paid in 12 months preceding claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Dispute Resolution

Governed by Wyoming law. Disputes resolved through binding arbitration in Sheridan, Wyoming, under American Arbitration Association rules.

You waive class actions and jury trials.

Changes to Terms

Material changes notified via email 30 days before taking effect.
